Munch's Masterpieces Said to Be Recovered

Norwegian police are reporting the recovery of two paintings that they believe are Edvard Munch's "The Scream" and "Madonna." The paintings were stolen from an Oslo museum in a daylight raid in 2004. Police recovered the paintings this afternoon. They "believe these are the originals," but are awaiting expert authentication.
